He pursued his education with equal dedication, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College (Caswell initially mispronounced it as “Langston Lancaster” but quickly corrected himself). He also studied criminal justice and police science at Southern Louisiana University and received honors from the Delta Epsilon Chi Honor Society, among other academic achievements.

A Community Leader and Servant

He has served on the Memphis Rotary Club East, the Tennessee School of Religion Board, the Streets Ministry Board of Directors, and the Christ Community Health Services Board.

Additionally, he contributed 10 years of service as a staff member of the National Baptist Convention and served as President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
