By JR Robinson, Founder of JustMy
I have a confession to make. For months, I have been wrestling with a phrase. It started as a simple idea for a slogan. Then, in my head, it morphed into a massive campaign to get us to the Super Bowl. Then, it shifted again. It seems like every week, I was trying to force this idea into a different box.
But then, we turned on the microphones for our new podcast, Get Amplified with Marcus Kohl. And as we started talking about the struggles of local businesses, the isolation of nonprofit directors, and the sheer noise of the modern world, the clarity finally hit me.
"#getAMPLIFIED" isn't a slogan. It isn't a Super Bowl commercial. It is a survival strategy for the modern community.
We are living in an era of noise. You open your phone and you are bombarded. The economy is crashing; the economy is booming. Republicans are wrong; Democrats are wrong. AI is going to save us; AI is going to replace us. It is a relentless, deafening roar of negativity and confusion.
And what do we do when it gets too loud? We retreat. We go into our silos. Businesses stick to their lane. Nonprofits stick to their donor lists. Neighbors stop talking to neighbors. We isolate ourselves to protect our peace.
But isolation is where dreams go to die.
The #getAMPLIFIED Challenge is our answer to the silence in the silos. It is a movement to say: None of us are alone again.
To understand where we are going, you have to remember where we came from.
Do you remember the Sunday paper? I don't mean the thin stack of ads you get in the mail today. I mean the thud on the driveway from years gone by. That paper was the internet before the internet. But it was better in one specific way: It had everything.
It had the global news, yes. But it also had the weddings. It had the baby announcements. It had the obituaries. It had the high school football scores. It had the job listings, the car sales, the entertainment, and the gossip. It was the nervous system of the community.
When the newspaper moved to the internet, we lost the "paper," but worse, we lost the "Sunday." It just became "News." It became clickbait. It became polarizing. We lost the community aspect—the ability to see a birth announcement right next to a sale at the local hardware store.
JustMy is bringing the Sunday Paper back.
We aren't just building a news site; we are building a digital community square. We are building a place where we can share what’s on sale, who is getting married, who we lost, and what we are fighting for. But to build that, we need voices. We need stories. We need you.
Here is the reality: There are amazing people in your city right now doing incredible things, and you don't know they exist.
There is a nonprofit feeding thousands, but they are starving for attention. There is a small business owner with a product that could change your life, but they can’t break through the Facebook algorithm.
Our goal is to help 6,000 businesses and nonprofits break out of their silos before January 20th.
This is the #getAMPLIFIED Challenge. It is a call to arms for the dreamers, the doers, and the builders. We want to take your voice, take your message, and amplify it to help you reach your goals—whether that’s raising funds, selling products, or just getting people to show up.
We know that funding is tight. We know that "marketing" is usually the first thing to get cut when gas prices go up or funding gets cut.
So, we decided to do something a little crazy.
Normally, our full "Amplified" package is $350 a month. It’s worth every penny for the content, the video, and the distribution. But for this Challenge, we are removing the barrier.
If you join the Challenge, you pay a one-time setup fee of $350. And you do not pay another dime for the entire year.
We are covering the monthly costs. We are investing in you.
Here is what that looks like for your business or nonprofit:
24 Articles: Professionally written stories about your brand, your mission, and your offers.
24 Videos: High-quality video content distributed across our network.
The "Cyber Monday" Bonus: If you sign up between now and the week of Cyber Monday, we are throwing in 3 Video Reels for every story we do. That is 72 bonus reels for your social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) on top of the standard package.
Free Advertising: Placement on our expanding network of digital newsstands (growing to 500 locations).
You are getting a marketing department for the price of a nice dinner.
People ask me, "JR, how does JustMy make money if you give it all away?"
The answer is simple: We need each other.
JustMy started in Memphis. In that market alone, we helped local nonprofits raise over $5 million. We saw what happens when you give good people a megaphone. The community rallies. The businesses grow. And when the community wins, JustMy wins.
We are scaling this national. We are bringing this model to cities across the country. But a platform without people is just an empty room. We need you to fill the room. We need your stories to make the "Sunday Paper" complete.
When you sign up for the #getAMPLIFIED Challenge, you aren't just buying a service; you are joining a team.
We don't just want to post your content; we want to know your goals.
Are you trying to hire more staff?
Are you trying to open a second location?
Are you trying to survive a budget cut?
Our team looks at those goals and suggests a Battle Plan. We act as the connector.
If you are drowning in administrative work, we might say, "Hey, you need to read Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell, and we need to introduce you to Sphere Rocket to get you a Virtual Assistant."
If you are struggling to network, we might say, "Let’s get you set up with a myCARD, so you can share your video, your reviews, and your contact info with a single tap."
We are aggregating the best tools—AI, video, content, SEO—and putting them in your hands so you can stop fighting the algorithm and start building your legacy.
This brings us back to Marcus Kohl.
The new podcast, Get Amplified with Marcus Kohl, is the heartbeat of this movement. Marcus isn't just interviewing celebrities; he is interviewing the people in the trenches. He is talking to the organizations that are changing neighborhoods. He is talking to the business owners who are helping other business owners.
By joining the Challenge, you become part of that ecosystem. You become part of the content network that Marcus is broadcasting to the world.
There is so much coming at us in 2026. The world is moving fast. It is easy to feel small. It is easy to feel like your voice doesn't matter against the noise of national news and global crises.
But that is the lie of the silo.
When we step out, when we share our stories, when we support the business down the street, and when we amplify the nonprofit around the corner—we win.
We are going to do some crazy stuff in 2026. We are going to rebuild the community newsstand. We are going to help 6,000 organizations find their voice.
The only question is: Will you be one of them?
Tell us your goals. Let us build your battle plan. Let’s get to work.
