Join us for a beautiful winter evening at the Winter Festival of Lights, benefiting Merge Memphis and Clare's House. This event will be held at the stunning Carahills Estate, famously known as "The Place with the Grand Staircase". Enjoy a night of fun, food, and entertainment, all while supporting two incredible organizations making a significant impact on the city of Memphis.

Merge Memphis
Merge Memphis is a non-profit organization founded by Keith and Sherry McClure, both full-time nurses with a strong passion for helping those less fortunate. The organization's mission is to provide underserved women in the Mid-South area with safe emergency shelter and housing, as well as wrap-around services needed to assist them in achieving self-sufficiency. Merge Memphis operates Clare's House, a refuge for women experiencing homelessness, offering life skills classes, self-help, and relational classes, along with resume writing, employment search, financial planning, and Bible studies.

Clare's House

Clare's House is a refuge for women situated in the North Memphis 38108 area. It focuses on assisting women who are seeking help to escape homelessness. The facility is operated by Merge Memphis, a non-profit organization established by Keith and Sherry McClure, both of whom are full-time nurses with a strong passion for aiding those less fortunate. The mission of Merge Memphis is to provide underserved women in the Mid-South area with safe emergency shelter and housing, along with wrap-around services needed to help them achieve self-sufficiency. Carahills Estate
Carahills Estate is a picturesque and affordable wedding venue, known for its grand staircase and all-inclusive experience. The estate offers 20 acres of beautiful surroundings, mouthwatering cuisine, and a team dedicated to creating lasting memories for its guests. The breathtaking view of the Great Hall from the top of the grand staircase is truly magical and will serve as a stunning backdrop for the Winter Festival of Lights.

Event Details
The Winter Festival of Lights will feature chef tables, a BBQ buffet, wine and beer, and the most amazing desserts. This event is for adults 18+ only. Tickets will go on sale on December 1, 2023, at tix901.com, with single tickets priced at $75.00 and a table of 10 for $800.00.

Activities during the event will include a mini 10-basket silent auction, cake walk, BBQ butt walk by Bain BBQ, wine pull, DJ, and dancing. Don't miss this fun night, all for a great cause!
