Bio: Harold Collins is a native Memphian and a proven public servant with over two decades of leadership experience in Shelby County. Currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Shelby County Government, Harold oversees the daily operations of Tennessee's largest county, managing critical initiatives that impact residents' lives every day.

Raised as the 11th child of a cab driver and a devoted mother, Harold’s leadership is built on the values of hard work, integrity, and faith. His public service record includes two terms on the Memphis City Council (serving as Chairman in 2010), Vice President of Community Engagement for the Memphis Shelby Crime Commission, and Special Assistant to the District Attorney General.

A graduate of the University of Memphis and Jackson State University, Harold combines legislative vision with executive execution. He is running for Mayor to continue building a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Shelby County for every family.
