Why I’m Starting #theAIdiet by JR

Hi, I’m J.R. Robinson. I’m 58 (soon to be 59), the CEO and co-founder of JustMy. Like many of you, taking care of my health has always been a challenge—especially with my ADHD making routines tough to stick to. For years, I’d hear doctors talk about “inflammation,” but honestly, it meant nothing to me. It was just a word, not something I really understood.

But as I’ve gotten older, things have changed. My knees, shoulders, and feet sometimes ache. Doctors say, “It’s inflammation,” and hand me a prescription or a shot. I’m also carrying more weight than I’d like—currently 254 pounds, aiming for 195. I’ve tried diets before (the Mediterranean diet was a favorite), but I’m ready for a new approach.

That’s when I discovered the anti-inflammatory diet and decided to launch my own version: #theAIdiet by JR.

What is #theAIdiet by JR?

#theAIdiet by JR is my personal take on the anti-inflammatory diet—a way of eating that focuses on foods that help reduce chronic inflammation in the body. Chronic inflammation is linked to joint pain, fatigue, weight gain, and even diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
