1. MEM After School Mentoring Program

4. ApprenticeShift Workforce Development

This workforce development program targets at-risk youth aged 16–24, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to succeed in the job market.

• Support services such as counseling and financial literacy

5. Exodus Marketplace

Exodus Marketplace addresses food insecurity by offering free, fresh groceries to community members in need. Staffed by volunteers and workforce program participants, this initiative ensures access to healthy food options in underserved areas.

Since its founding in 2016, UniverCity Family CDC has been a cornerstone of support in the Raleigh/Frayser area of Memphis.
