1. MEM After School Mentoring Program

2. R.E.A.C.H. (Parent & Child Mentoring Program)

3. Community Resource HUB

The HUB connects individuals with essential resources such as housing assistance, health services, and food programs. With a quick response time of 24–72 hours, it ensures that community members receive timely help tailored to their needs.

This workforce development program targets at-risk youth aged 16–24, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to succeed in the job market.

By removing barriers to employment, ApprenticeShift opens doors for young people to build sustainable careers.


5. Exodus Marketplace

Exodus Marketplace addresses food insecurity by offering free, fresh groceries to community members in need. Staffed by volunteers and workforce program participants, this initiative ensures access to healthy food options in underserved areas.
