From Humble Beginnings to Community Leader

Born and raised in the projects of Dixie Homes in North Memphis, Caswell overcame significant challenges as one of 17 siblings. Despite facing adversities such as growing up in a drug-infested neighborhood and being the son of a single mother, Caswell's determination propelled him to become a respected community leader.

• Elected Shelby County Commissioner for District 6 in August 2022
• Served as Chair Pro Tempore (Vice Chair) from September 1st, 2023, to 2024

• Director of Governmental and Community Relations for 901 Bloc Squad
