“ Success Starts with the Next Play ”
The Playbook for Success Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth in Tennessee, particularly elementary and middle school students. Founded by NFL alum Dan Williams, the foundation focuses on three key areas:
1. Literacy Programs: Providing targeted support to build strong academic foundations.
2. Health & Wellness: Promoting physical and mental well-being through comprehensive youth development programs.
3. Juvenile Diversion: Offering guidance and resources to keep at-risk youth on a positive life path.
The foundation's mission is to equip young people with the skills needed for academic and personal success while fostering their overall well-being. They aim to eliminate barriers to success and create opportunities for a prosperous future for all youth.
The Playbook for Success Foundation operates through various initiatives, including in-school and after-school programs, summer camps, and juvenile diversion efforts. These programs cover areas such as literacy, health and wellness education, financial literacy, and mentorship.
With a vision of a future where all youth have access to success regardless of their background, the foundation strives to be at the forefront of nurturing well-informed, healthy, and responsible citizens who can contribute positively to their communities. The organization is supported by a network of educators, health professionals, and community advocates, all united under Dan Williams' vision to brighten the lives of young Tennesseans.
