We strive to empower, connect, and support LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies through various programs and initiatives.

Our Key Programs

• OUTLast Emergency Assistance: Providing support for trans People of Color, LGBTQ+ seniors, people living with HIV, and undocumented LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Metamorphosis Project: Offering emergency and transitional housing, along with wrap-around support for LGBTQ+ youth aged 18-24.
• Trans Best of Memphis Guide: An annual handbook curated by our Trans Service Department, helping navigate transgender-friendly organizations and businesses in Memphis.
• Free HIV/HCV Testing: Regular testing services available at our Cooper Street location.
